What about the sugar content?

There are 2 grams of sugar in each one of these packets of ketchup from the fast food restaurants.

You may say to yourself this is not a lot of calories and added sugar but here is the question:

How many packets of ketchup do you use with your large fries?

How many packets of ketchup do you use when you keep dipping your chicken nuggets in it?

Most people do not eveb attention to this extra calories they are consuming especially when they are not even written on these packets.

Every time you buy a bowl of chili at Wendy's restaurant, you get 2 packs of saltine crackers. But do you know how many calories are in Wendy's saltine crackers?

There are 25 calories in Wendy's one Wendy's saltine crackers, according to calorieking.com

I did not say one pack which has 2 crackers it said one. quantity 1.

So if you it for crackers with your Wendy's chili, chances are you are consuming an extra 100 calories.

This month, while I'm at home in quarantine most of the time, I'm watching reruns of Blacklist. This is one of my favorite shows on Netflix.

I'm also watching the new episodes all Money Heist. This is also one of my favorite series.

And because of the new coronavirus outbreak, I figure I would watch this movie all over again. Outbreak, starring Dustin Hoffman, Morgan Freeman, Rene Russo, Donald Sutherland and Cuba Gooding Jr.

Look at this September 11th 2001 American flag folded and placed right at the bar of McDermott's Pub on East Tremont Street and St Raymond Avenue in the Bronx.

I got a chance to visit McDermott's Pub at a time when the bar was basically empty. It was during the coronavirus pandemic and there were only open for takeout.

By the way they make the best wings in the Bronx. That's what it says right outside. So I tasted them wings.

If you want to taste the best chicken wings in the Bronx or at least if you want to visit the place where it says it right outside then here's the place where you need to go.

I was driving by St Raymond Avenue and East Tremont Street in the Bronx, New York, and as I stopped at the red light, I saw "Best wings in the BX" right written right on the window on the side of McDermott's Pub.

So guess what I did?

The power of the written word!

I parked my car, even though I already had my lunch in the car, and I went in because I was curious to taste the best chicken wings in the Bronx LOL.

Now, they are not paying me to advertise for them so I will not tell you what I think about the wings but I ate them all only the bone went to the trash.

If you want to know if in fact McDermott's Pub does make the best chicken wings in the Bronx, then you just have to go in and find out for yourself.

How to dilute bleach to clean your food products and to disinfect your house.

Use 1/3 cup bleach in one gallon of water and you have the perfect homemade disinfectant. No need to go buy all these expensive products. It does the same thing.

Just don't go disinfecting your clothes with it. Remember it's bleach.
