When I'm stressed out, drinking water makes me feel better - I was so surprised when she said that
"I would feel stress for no reason and I just drink a lot of water and, immediately, I feel better," she said.
"Sometimes feeling stressed could just be dehydration," she said.
"I don't know about everybody else but, for me, drinking lots of water when I'm stressed always makes me feel better," she continued.
Out of curiosity I went and did a Google search on "stress dehydration symptoms" and lo and behold she's right!

She is so right, dehydration is the number one cause of stress in your body
You know what.... The next time I feel a little out of it, a little stressed out, I think I will leave the bottle of vodka alone and drink some water instead.
Let's see how it makes me feel.
