Have you ever heard of the term "kidult"? It's used to describe adults who enjoy activities typically meant for kids. I heard this really interesting discussion about it on the radio today.
One of the hosts was talking about how she decided to color a map for her kid's school assignment. At first, she thought it was kind of silly, like, why is a high school kid doing coloring? But as she got into it, she found herself really enjoying it. It was relaxing and fun, a nice break from her usual routine.

Have you seen how big soda cans are getting when you walk into a convenience store lately? A 12 ounce can of Coke is nowhere to be found. Now you have to get a 16 ounce can whether you like it not. Before you know it, down your throat it goes.
The relentless increase in soda can sizes is a troubling trend. Not long ago, an 8oz soda was considered a standard serving, then it jumped to 12oz. now the average size can or bottle you can buy at the convenience store is 16 to 20 ounces.

Whenever you see a big big huge camper looking bus passing you by on the highway, a lot of times ot is a tour bus and in it are artists, musicians their enrourage.
Lyle Lovett and his large band were in town over the weekend and I got to take a couple of his tour bus drivers so their hotel.
That's when I learned that most of these big tour buses only have 12 seats and 12 bunk beds so that the artist can ride comfortably to the next performance city.
