If your drive around a lot, take a break every couple of hours and go for a 10 minute walk
A friend of mine recommended that I drink a lot of water these days because I've been driving around a lot doing rideshare. I am adding to that a 10 minute walk have a couple of hours.
I'm sure as soon as I'm done writing this and I go Google "walking every few hours health benefit," I'll find many search results telling me all the reason why it's good for me. But I don't need that to do it, LOL, I already know it's good for me.
I don't know how the truck drivers do it. I don't know how they drive for 8, 10, 12 hours sitting behind the wheel.
But me, one hour of drivong is too much for me already. So you imagine I've been driving for 8 to 10 hours a day sometimes.
I am definitely adding 10 to 15 minutes of walking every couple of hours to my regiment.
