Some good advice for you

Have you ever heard of the term "kidult"? It's used to describe adults who enjoy activities typically meant for kids. I heard this really interesting discussion about it on the radio today.

One of the hosts was talking about how she decided to color a map for her kid's school assignment. At first, she thought it was kind of silly, like, why is a high school kid doing coloring? But as she got into it, she found herself really enjoying it. It was relaxing and fun, a nice break from her usual routine.

The first time I did this task, it took me 6 hours. The second time it took me 3 days because I forgot what I did the first time. The third time it took me 30 minutes because I wrote down all the steps that I went through, step by step, in order to accomplish that repetitive task.

So according to the Constitution of the United states, accumulating stuff, or property, is what we deem "pursuit of happiness"

I'm exercising, I'm walking, I am doing my best to eat healthy, fighting to lose weight and all of a sudden my friend calls me and tells me: Hey bro, we're grilling man! Come on over!"

I can't say no to chicken wings, especially when they're all free LOL.

I grew up in Haiti. I didn't know taking a cold shower was a good way to get you going for the rest of the day. Well I'll be damned... A cold shower is the only option for most Haitians LOL...

No wonder they have so much energy LOL...

For the most part there is no such thing as hot and cold water in the tub in Haiti. No matter what time of the year, you have no choice but to take a cold shower unless you boil some water and add it to the water are you about to bathe with.

Did you know that stress can cause your left eye to be twitching all the time? I just found out that drinking some apple cider vinegar can actually help you get rid of that twitch on your left eye.

Stress creates an alkaline body which can in turn create a deficiency of calcium in your body.

Sometimes you will notice when people are stressed their left eye begins to twitch. That's because the pH level of your body is more alkaline. Because of that your body is unable to absorb calcium.

I gained 25 pounds during the Covid-19 pandemic but I never said a word to Amazon. How the hell did they know?

Mama's cooking is the best! But now I got to walk a thousand miles to fix the damage LOL...

I don't know if it's the guilty feeling but as soon as I openned my Amazon app I noticed that they were promoting the plus-size look as the return to office look, I knew that they are very much aware that we've all gained weight during the covid-19 pandemic by staying at home, eating a little too much and not moving a whole lot.
