Degrees Don't Build Wealth β€” Decisions Do

We've been trained to chase diplomas as if they come with guarantees. Go to school. Get a degree. Get a job. Work hard. Retire happy. But anyone paying attention knows that formula hasn't worked for a long time.

Education can open doors, yes. But what if you never learn how to walk through them?

I've met people with multiple degrees who still feel trapped -- not because they lack knowledge, but because they lack vision. And I've met people with little formal education who built something from scratch, not because they knew more, but because they believed they could.

The truth is, the world doesn't pay you for what you know. It pays you for what you do with what you know.

Real wealth comes from decisions -- the decision to act, to risk, to start again after failure.

A degree can teach you how the world works, but experience teaches you how to make it work for you.

So don't mistake education for destiny.

Learn all you can, yes -- but remember: the smartest people aren't always the ones with the most certificates. They're the ones who turn ideas into action, and fear into forward motion.

Because at the end of the day, knowledge is potential power -- but decisions are real power.
