Ali Wentworth gives out her secret how she dealt with COVID-19, what helps
The actress told ABC News she went out to walk her dog and she felt a real tightness in her chest. "I felt very winded," she said.
She thought it was because she had not exercise for a while and was out of shape but when the high fevers came soon after she quickly realized this was more than just the flu. Ali Wentworth was infected with Coronavirus.
Ali said she wanted to share her experience because she thought it might be helpful to other people with Coronavirus.
"Achy joints is a really big thing," she said. "It feels like a really really big flu."
Here's what Ali Wentworth says works really well when you have coronavirus:
Tylenol, chicken soup, and she said she took some really hot bath when she felt the fevers.
She also says she has two dogs that sleep in the bed with her. I don't know if that helps but maybe it helped comfort her a little bit.
Ali encourages everyone to stay home
