Hotel Riu Plaza Miami Beach is his favorite spot to spend the night whenever he is down on business in South Florida
My friend is not a rich man what he sure has great taste and he loves to pamper himself in luxury.
That was the day I was supposed to start my intermittent fasting but how do you say no when the man tells you the hotel where he was staying has the best continental breakfast buffet he has ever seen?

My friend and I are enjoying a super delicious breakfast at the Hotel Riu Plaza Hotel in Miami Beach
I am not going to load you up with images of everything that I ate that day but I must say Hotel Ryu Plaza Miami Beach really impressed me their breakfast buffet and the variety that they have for their guests to choose from.
I really enjoyed the outdoor area of the restaurant out back at Hotel Riu Plaza Miami Beach overlooking the backyard right near the beach as we ate our breakfast.
My friend says whenever he is in Miami Beach beach this is where he gets his Vitamin D from the Sun. We got ourselves a lot of vitamin D that day and all the other vitamins from our breakfast because I ate my ass off.
He did tell me that there's a lot of Honeymooners the come to Hotel Riu Plaza Miami Beach. I saw a few checking in as he was checking out. So you might want to look into it if you planning a honeymoon in the South Beach area.
