Ideal Cardiovascular Health: List of 7 factors and criterias you have to meet so you can live longer
1 - You need to have optimal levels of total cholesterol. Try your best to keep your cholesterol level at an optimal level with a number less than 100 mg/dL
2 - You need to have a normal blood pressure. And ideal blood pressure is any number between 90/60 and 120/80. If your blood pressure is 140/90 that means you have high blood pressure. Do something about it
3 - Try your very best not to have diabetes. There are many things you can do to avoid getting diabetes. These things include cutting sugar and refined carbs from your diet, exercising regularly, drinking lots of water, losing weight quitting smoking Etc...
4 - Do whatever it takes to have a lean body mass index (BMI). That means you have to maintain a healthy weight where you are neither obese nor overweight.
5 - If you smoke quit smoking. If you are not a smoker, don't start. Smoking causes cancer, heart disease, stroke and all other sorts of diseases which will kill you sooner then your normal expiration date on Earth to so don't smoke.
6 - Get involved in some kind of physical activity. Exercise regularly.
7 - Heart healthy diet. Focus or eating on more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and other high fiber foods instead of all that fast food and all these things out there that you know is not for your health.
Now this is easier said than done.
Believe it or not, unfortunately, less than one percent of individuals living in the United States actually meet the definition for all 7 of this criterias 4 and ideal cardiovascular health.
