Prostate cancer - What you need to know
🔗 Share this on: Facebook TwitterProstate cancer is one of the most common cancers affecting men, especially those over the age of 50. It starts in the prostate gland -- a small part of the male reproductive system located just below the bladder. Most men don't feel symptoms in the early stages, which is why regular checkups and PSA screenings are so important.
This section of the blog is where I gather everything I'm learning -- not just as research, but as a man in his 50s trying to understand what this means for me, for my friends, and for anyone else who might not be thinking about it until it's too late.
Explore the journey:
- Hearing the Diagnosis
- Why Men Need Regular Checkups
- What to Ask Your Doctor
- Living with Prostate Cancer: Monitoring After Treatment
As I develop this section, I will take each one of these and turn them into an article as part of my research.
Because the more we know, the better our chances of staying healthy.
