Let s Talk About Relationships, The Good the Bad and The Ugly

If I was to talk about my relationships, it would probably require many books. As a matter of fact, I did write a book that touches on this—it’s called Try Not to Die After You Make It. Believe it or not, the story behind that book connects back to one of my own relationships.
But let’s be clear—when I say relationships here, I’m not talking about brotherly love, family bonds, or friendships. No, no, no. I’m talking about Cupid, the love bug. The spark. The butterflies. The happiness that comes when you meet someone who makes your heart race. That once-in-a-lifetime connection that people hope will turn into a “happily ever after.”
Everyone has a story. For some lucky people, love works out on the first try. They meet the right person, the timing is perfect, and it feels like they’ve won the lottery—the love lottery. For others, it’s a journey filled with trial and error: try, fail, try again… and sometimes it still doesn’t click. That’s life, isn’t it?
Where do you stand in that arena? Are you one of the lucky ones who found “the one” on the first try, or are you still figuring out the puzzle of love? Believe me, relationship advice is never enough. What works for one couple doesn’t always work for the next.
That’s why I want to hear it all—the good, the bad, and the ugly. The love-at-first-sight stories, the heartbreaks, the lessons learned, and the surprises you never saw coming. Because at the end of the day, relationships are what make us human. They bring joy, they bring pain, they teach us about ourselves, and they keep us growing.
So let’s talk about relationships. Share your experience. Share your truth. Somewhere in your story might be the wisdom—or the laughter—that someone else needs to hear today.
