Dunkin Donuts is the Trigger, every time I see a Dunkin Donuts I will drink some water

I always carry a bottle of water but I always forget to take a sip from time to time. I was looking for a trigger to remind me every time to take a sip. I have chosen Dunkin Donuts as my trigger.

You see, I love sweets. Every time I see a Dunkin Donuts sign I want to go get some coffee, light and sweet and a couple of donuts.

So I come up with a better idea:

I said to myself: "Woody, every time you see a Dunkin Donuts, grab your bottle and drink some water."

That's my trigger.
